Fresh Prints LLC, a New York City-based apparel startup, is seeking a Campus Recruiter to drive volume hiring of Campus Managers nationwide. You’ll partner with the Recruiting Team Manager to build scalable sourcing and outreach processes and convert leads into Campus Managers.

You’ll combine recruiting skills (40%) with sales and outreach (60%), manage outbound campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and calls, and report on weekly metrics. This role offers remote work options and a fast-growth culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication with a neutral accent.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes while adding your own touch.
• Promote the CM job through outbound recruiting campaigns (calls, emails, texts).
• Screen potential CM candidates.
• Schedule initial prospecting meetings with the in-house Interviewing team.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Team Manager and other Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly goals.
• Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.

Drive the volume hiring of Campus Managers at a fast-growing American Start-up!

Fresh Prints is a New York City-based custom apparel start-up. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.

We have 500+ students who will do over $20 million in sales over the next 12 months. Your job is to help Fresh Prints find more incredible students who drive revenue. You’ll do this by working directly on converting leads into Campus Managers.

• How do we get more Campus Managers?
• How do we create a process that helps us source, qualify, and convert talented students into Campus Managers at a fast rate?
• How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints?

As a Campus Recruiter, you will tackle those questions and many more. You’ll do that by directly working with our Recruiting Team Manager, whom you’ll report to.

We’re looking for someone who is willing to take ownership, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is proactive. The ideal candidate should have great people skills and some sales/recruiting experience. This job is 40% recruiting skills and 60% sales and communication skills, so if you have a knack for sales and love recruiting, this is the perfect job for you.

One of our most consequential and high-value growth avenues is recruiting more student entrepreneurs who sell apparel. You’ll directly be responsible for that.

Needless to say, you’ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. This is the perfect role for someone early on in their Recruiting/Sales/Growth careers. You’ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, develop professionally, and have a big impact.

Requirements

• LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred
• 1+ years of High volume recruiting experience
• 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

• This is a WFH role and could be based anywhere in India.
• Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST
