Job summary

Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking a Student Worker Intern to support CHSS recruitment efforts at GCU campus. The intern will assist with tours, presentations, and events to promote CHSS programs and provide a first-hand look at the GCU student experience.

Ideal candidates are local to the Phoenix area, comfortable with Microsoft 365, and able to communicate clearly with students, families, and staff. Some evenings and weekends may be required to support events.

Qualifications

• Local Phoenix area students year-round preferred.
• Experience in the specific college being hired for is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite and university supported programs.
• Excellent oral and written communications, a good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Learn and deliver program-specific information for CHSS and ground traditional recruitment.
• Deliver content through presentations for admissions activities (Discover GCU, GCU Day, GCU Live).
• Assist in tours for students, parents, and school personnel.
• Provide program information to prospective students/families via appointments, webinars, social media, and other formats.
