Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Campus Recruitment Associate to shape our future workforce by engaging with emerging talent and driving campus initiatives. You will collaborate with campus teams, universities, and hiring stakeholders to plan events, coordinate interviews, and present Cognizant to student communities.

You will analyze recruitment trends, maintain strong candidate communications, and help ensure a positive, inclusive experience across campuses in the United States.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, psychology, communications, business, or similar.
• Passionate about talent acquisition, relationship building, and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with eagerness to learn.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and dedication to service excellence.
• Prior HR or recruiting internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with campus teams to plan and implement recruiting events and strategies.
• Build relationships with universities and student organizations to enhance Cognizant's visibility.
• Coordinate and support activities such as career fairs, interviews, and campus presentations.

About the role

As a Campus Recruitment Associate, you will make an impact by shaping Cognizant's future workforce, connecting with emerging talent, and driving impactful campus recruitment initiatives at a global technology leader committed to innovation and inclusion. You will be a valued member of the Campus Recruitment team and work collaboratively with campus recruiters, university partners, student organizations, and hiring stakeholders, supported by mentors invested in your career growth.

In this role, you will

Work model

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

• The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $70,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
