Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Campus Recruitment Associate to shape the company's future workforce by engaging with emerging talent, building university partnerships, and driving campus recruitment initiatives globally. You will collaborate with campus recruiters, university partners, student organizations, and hiring stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.

About the role

As a Campus Recruitment Associate, you will make an impact by shaping Cognizant's future workforce, connecting with emerging talent, and driving impactful campus recruitment initiatives at a global technology leader committed to innovation and inclusion. You will be a valued member of the Campus Recruitment team and work collaboratively with campus recruiters, university partners, student organizations, and hiring stakeholders, supported by mentors invested in your career growth.

In this role, you will

• Collaborate with campus teams to plan and implement recruiting events and strategies.
• Build relationships with universities and student organizations to enhance Cognizant's visibility.
• Coordinate and support activities such as career fairs, interviews, and campus presentations.
• Manage communications with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

• The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $70,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
