Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, HR or related field.
• 1–2 years of campus recruiting and event management experience preferred.
• Experience with Handshake or similar campus recruiting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement recruitment strategies for internships and entry-level roles.
• Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and develop campaigns.
• Build relationships with school contacts and student organizations.
• Develop campus teams and coordinate events and interviews.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle and provide market insights.
