Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels; collaborative team player who adapts quickly to shifting priorities
• Comfort working both collaboratively and independently; adapts quickly to shifting priorities and pace
• Experience planning and executing high-impact in-person and virtual events, and managing internship/pipeline programs and complex projects with measurable outcomes
• Ability to use metrics and data to inform decisions and optimize processes, identifying actionable insights for stakeholders
• Familiarity with recruitment systems, processes, and employment practices; ability to handle sensitive HR information with discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to attend events and travel during peak recruiting seasons, with occasional evening/weekend support as needed

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sourcing, attraction, and hiring for Fellowship, Summer Analyst, and Full-Time Analyst programs aligned to CIB Risk business priorities
• Build and maintain stakeholder and partner relationships; provide recruiting activity updates and help manage stakeholder and candidate expectations
• Maintain relationships with universities and partner organizations; organize and attend in-person and virtual campus events to promote the CIB Risk program
• Deliver a positive candidate experience across the attraction and hiring lifecycle
• Assist in executing early identification programs to broaden and diversify the talent pipeline
• Support planning and delivery of Summer Analyst and Fellowship experiences, including orientation, learning, mentorship, and performance management to drive conversion to full-time roles
• Use data and recruiting systems to manage recruiting processes and reporting, including maintaining ATS/CRM data quality
• Track headcount and assist with regular reporting of KPIs/ROI, with adherence to recruiting risk/controls
• Present organized updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership as needed
• Bring curiosity and willingness to learn capability needs; contribute ideas to improve processes and the candidate experience
• Participate in assigned projects and tasks to support priority initiatives
• Provide travel during peak recruiting seasons and occasional evening/weekend support as needed
