Arizona State University’s Sun Devil Fitness and Wellness at the Polytechnic campus seeks an Administrative Operations Specialist 2 to coordinate recreation programs and supervise student staff. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination; strong customer service, organization, and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination.
• Experience supervising student staff.
• Experience providing excellent customer service and working with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational, communication, independent thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while adapting to changing operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation, and evaluation of ASU Polytechnic recreation programs including intramural sports, fitness, aquatics, safety education, and events.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, mentor, and evaluate student employees.
• Support daily administrative functions including payroll processing, budget tracking, and records.
