Job summary

North Central College is seeking a Coordinator of Recreation to support the development of comprehensive recreation and fitness programs. This role plays a vital part in enhancing student engagement, providing opportunities for participation in various activities including intramural sports and outdoor adventures.

Reporting directly to the Director of Student Engagement and Belonging, the Coordinator will handle event execution, program coordination, and supervision of student staff, ensuring alignment with the college's priorities.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of recreation, intramural sports, and fitness programming.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and train student staff.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
