Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• CPR/First Aid & AED certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Three years of progressively responsible professional experience in campus recreation, wellness, or facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Campus Recreation & Wellness on the Gainesville campus.
• Serve as department-wide functional lead for Competitive Sports across campuses.
• Supervise professional staff and student employees, including hiring and development.
• Develop budgets, manage grants and program expenditures, and support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-campus partners to ensure consistent high-quality student experiences.
• Travel between campuses and accommodate evenings and weekends as required.
