Job summary

Dow Inc. is offering intern opportunities for undergraduates and masters students in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and related disciplines.

Interns will support one or two R&D projects and partner with research scientists to drive them to completion. You will work with cross-functional teams to tackle product, process and application challenges, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, safety-minded environment across multiple Dow locations in

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred GPA of 3.000 (on a 4.000 scale).

Responsibilities

• Support one or two projects in R&D and collaborate with research scientists to drive projects to completion.
• Work with cross-functional project teams to solve chemical- and material-related problems through both fundamental and applied research.
• Engage in product research, process research and application development.
