Job summary

Dow is seeking Intern Undergraduate and Masters Scientists and Engineers for its Research and Development group. The program supports one or two projects in R&D and pairs interns with research scientists to advance these projects to completion.

Opportunities span product, process, and application development, with collaboration across Dow teams and a strong emphasis on safety, integrity, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related discipline.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Support one or two R&D projects and partner with research scientists to drive projects to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to solve chemical- and material-related problems through fundamental and applied research.
• Projects range from product research to process research to application development.
