Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Completion of Ohio Peace Officer Training within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Patrol campus areas by vehicle, bicycle or on foot to deter crime and inspect doors and windows.
• Respond to calls for service including assaults, burglaries, thefts and alarms.
• Conduct preliminary investigations of complaints on campus involving students, faculty, staff or visitors.
• Collect fingerprints for background checks.
• May testify in court and assist law enforcement on campus when subpoenaed.
• Operate safety equipment and use ReportExec RMS for reporting and records.
• Enforce campus parking regulations and issue registrations as needed.
• Attend shift meetings and trainings to stay current with university operations.
