Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.
• Iowa license within 18 months of hire date.
• Knowledge of evidence-based mental health counseling for college students.
• Ability to supervise and train graduate students in mental health professions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and crisis counseling to a varied student population.
• Perform DSM-5 based assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention with safety planning and follow-up.
• Coordinate care with campus and community providers.
• Maintain electronic health records and ensure confidentiality.
• Supervise trainees and contribute to competency development.
• Develop and deliver outreach and psychoeducational programs.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance in APA standards.
