Job summary

The role provides acute, primary, and preventive care within an accredited clinic, requiring a current WA ARNP license and board certification, with opportunities to lead, teach, and participate in quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current WA ARNP license and RN license by start date.
• Board certification by ANCC or AANP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create environments supporting diverse perspectives and ethical decision-making.
• Experience in ambulatory health care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient records with medical history and physical examinations in Medicat.
• Examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and administer or refer for treatment.
• Establish diagnoses and prescribe medications.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and evaluate results.
• Lead in SHS, train staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain licensure and pursue ongoing professional development.
