Job summary

Emerson College in Boston seeks a Property Manager to oversee campus facilities, lease administration, and tenant relations. You will manage rent collections, CAM charges, renewals, and coordination of space moves with leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years in property management (commercial real estate preferred) and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PM certification is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site campus duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of property management experience, including commercial real estate.
• Certification in property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage campus properties and tenants, including rent collections, renewals, and CAM/RET charges.
• Maintain a tracking system for properties as Lessor and Lessee; coordinate space needs and moves.
• Serve as tenant liaison, ensuring responsive service and issue resolution.
• Inspect buildings for safety, cleanliness, and signage accuracy; oversee furniture purchases and inventory.
• Coordinate access, space utilization data, and dashboards for long-term growth.
• Prepare feasibility reports, scopes of work, and oversee minor capital projects.
