Job summary

Hillel International is seeking a dynamic Program Associate to support Sonoma State University and SRJC campuses in developing Jewish student life. The role emphasizes program logistics, leadership coaching, and donor cultivation within a flexible, collaborative team.

You will coordinate events like Shabbat and holidays, nurture campus partnerships, and contribute to newsletters and social media. A 2–3 year track in programming and fundraising is preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in programming, event planning, student engagement, and fundraising.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead student engagement and leadership initiatives with campus partners.
• Plan and coordinate events, logistics, marketing requests, and vendor relations.
• Build relationships with students, faculty, and community partners.
• Manage Sonoma Hillel’s social media calendar and assist with newsletters.
• Support development and fundraising, donor stewardship, and campaigns.
