Job summary

The Church of Eleven22 in Orlando is seeking a Campus Production Director to lead weekly worship services and large momentum events with excellence. You will plan, rehearse, and execute service elements with a serve staff team in a distraction-free environment to help people discover and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ.

This role requires live production expertise across audio, video, and lighting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to recruit and mentor volunteers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in team leadership, live production, audio, video and lighting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly worship services and major events.
• Recruit, train and maintain serve staff.
• Maintain Planning Center Online service plans and schedules.
• Communicate vision to staff for weekend experiences.
• Program lighting and media for weekend services.
• Rehearse service elements for distraction-free experiences.
• Coordinate with campus team on elements and transitions.
• Deliver high-quality, distraction-free worship services.
• Identify and implement programming improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain production equipment and software.
• Attend central, campus and one-on-one meetings.
• Disciple and lead student serve staff.
• Other duties as needed.

Job Title: Campus Production Director

Objective

To create a distraction-free worship environment where all people can discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the worship gatherings team and campus team to plan and execute weekly worship services and big momentum events with excellence
• Responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining serve staff team
• Maintain Planning Center Online service plans and schedules
• Communicate vision for the upcoming weekend experience to serve staff
• Program lighting and media content for weekend services
• Rehearse necessary elements of service to ensure a distraction-free experience
• Coordinate with campus team members on service elements and transitions
• Execute high quality, distraction-free worship services with serve staff team
• Find areas for improvement in programming and execution of services and events
• Identify, troubleshoot and solve technical issues that may occur
• Maintain production team equipment and software
• Attend and contribute to central, campus and one-on-one meetings
• Disciple and lead the student serve staff team, encouraging growth both spiritually and in their serve staff roles
• Other duties as needed

Education and Experience

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This a full-time, exempt position with days of work being Sunday through Thursday. However, hours can vary based on church need to include working full weekends.

The church has several big events, (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

Work Environment

This job operates in a varied environment, including office, stage and tech booth. It involves working around lighting, sound, and video equipment, often during worship services, rehearsals, and events.

Physical Demands

This job is typically active and does not involve remaining in one place for extended periods. It may require the ability to lift equipment (up to 50 pounds), use tools, and move staging equipment. The role involves working in a variety of production areas, which may include exposure to noise, lighting equipment, and occasional long or irregular hours, including weekends and events.
