Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (required) or doctorate (preferred), as confirmed by official transcripts.
  • 15+ years of management experience, including three (3) years of upper‑level executive experience in market development or equivalent.
  • Subject matter expertise in one of the defined industry sectors.
  • Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned sector engagement for the region.
  • Develop, execute, and create outreach strategies that drive the College’s growth in defined areas including sector development.
  • Research & identify community prospects and key leaders with decision‑making authority over the organization’s education and training programs.
  • Build strong alliances with community and business decision‑makers to articulate challenges and solutions.
  • Stay on top of trends to create innovative solutions that drive results for the College.
  • Create and deliver messaging that resonates with students, employees, customers.
  • Develop, review, monitor, and track contracts/agreements to monitor renewal and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a change agent at the local campus in alignment with system goals.
