Dallas College seeks a Campus President to serve as the voice of the College on campus and in the community, leading sector development, engagement, and campus leadership initiatives. This role focuses on healthcare, business, IT, and other sectors to expand opportunities for students and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• 15+ years of management experience in market development or higher education.
• Subject matter expertise in one of the defined industry sectors.
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sector engagement for the region and drive growth initiatives.
• Develop outreach strategies to expand partnerships and student opportunities.
• Build alliances with community and business leaders to support programs.
• Oversee contracts/agreements with a focus on renewal and value.
• Direct cross-functional teams to advance College initiatives across key areas.
• Present the College’s mission and progress to stakeholders and partners.
