You will prepare items according to production schedules, follow recipes, and maintain HACCP standards. Responsibilities include adhering to daily production worksheets, serving customers efficiently, and ensuring food quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Prep cook experience is required.
• Able to follow recipes and production sheets.
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short prep times.
