Qualifications

• Prior experience with large prep production is required.
• Knife skills are required to perform station prep and line work.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and prep requirements from Chef.
• Prepare items according to production sheets and recipes.
• Taste meals to ensure quality and follow HACCP guidelines.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date all food items per policy.
• Complete required documents, logs and reports.
