Qualifications

• Prior experience with breakfast and lunch, sautéing, and making omelets.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders and prepares items needing short prep; completes orders from steam tables and serves at multiple stations.
• Ensures food is at correct temperature and attractive in appearance; tastes all prepared items.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures and maintains area records during service.
• Follows approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely; rotates and stores foods with proper dating.
• Maintains sanitation standards and cleans assigned areas and equipment.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Participates in safety meetings and maintains good coworker relations.
