Responsibilities

• Reviews and daily approves written incident reports regarding crimes and calls for service with 100% accuracy.
• Performs annual, monthly, weekly, and daily assessments of officer performance and prepares evaluation reports with 100% accuracy.
• Reviews and maintains shift training records with 95% accuracy.
• Performs duties of a police officer as necessary with 95% accuracy.
• Directs and instructs officers, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
