Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and/or commercial plumbing.
• Experience with backflow testing and certification.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and cross-connection control.

Responsabilités

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, piping, fixtures, valves, pumps.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations and standards.
• Test, certify, and maintain backflow prevention devices; support reporting and compliance.
• Troubleshoot controls, pumps, sensors, and building systems; document activities in CMMS.
• Provide customer service and on-call support as assigned.
