Job summary

This role requires intermediate mechanical knowledge and a valid Texas Driver's License. Responsibilities include conducting water analysis tests and maintaining equipment compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Intermediate-level knowledge of mechanical concepts including pumps, motors, and chillers.
• Experience identifying and assessing repairs of HVAC equipment.
• Valid Texas Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of centrifugal chillers and boilers.
• Inspect and maintain chilled and hot water systems and pumps.
• Perform water analysis tests and adjust chemical feeds.

Skills

Mechanical systems knowledge

Experience with centrifugal pumps
