Job summary

California State University, Stanislaus in Turlock is seeking temporary hourly-intermittent student assistants for the Capital Planning and Design team. Positions start on or after October 1, 2026 and end on or before May 21, 2027, with possible renewal based on budget, department needs and performance.

Duties include clerical tasks, data entry, greeting visitors, mail runs, stocking supplies, and assisting with work orders in MetaBIM, field surveys, and building-plan file management.

Qualifications

• Undergrad students must be registered in at least six Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate grad students must be registered in at least four Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for current term/year.

Responsibilities

• General clerical duties: data entry, filing, copying, answering phones and routing inquiries.
• Greet visitors and assist using two-way radio with department crews; assist with mail runs and stocking.
• Create/close work orders in MetaBIM; assist with research and analysis of work order issues.
