Job summary

Qualified applicants must hold a California Pharmacy Technician license and complete an accredited training program. Preference given to those with ambulatory health center or retail pharmacy experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the California Board of Pharmacy.
• Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in ambulatory health centers or retail pharmacy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use pharmacy computer systems and cashiering functions.

Responsibilities

• Process prescription orders and assist pharmacists.
