Qualifications

• Experience preaching to diverse congregations with 12–18 sermons annually.
• Proven ability to lead and develop ministry staff and volunteers.
• Commitment to disciple-making and congregational care.
• Ability to shepherd a campus within EFCA values.

Responsibilities

• Preach 12–18 times per year and coordinate worship on Sundays.
• Lead and oversee Fond du Lac campus staff including student, worship, children, tech, and operations.
• Identify and develop lay leaders and ministry volunteers.
• Nurture a culture of disciplemaking and community through small groups.
• In partnership with elders, provide care for weddings, funerals, and member life events.
