Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary pastoral leader for the McKinney Campus and build relationships with attenders, leaders, volunteers, and families.
• Provide pastoral care for individuals and families navigating life events; disciple and encourage spiritual growth.
• Help people identify gifts, develop as leaders, and find service opportunities; be available for pastoral moments.
• Provide overall leadership and direction for the McKinney Campus; champion the church's mission and strategy.
• Collaborate with Central Ministries to implement church-wide strategies and steward campus resources.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop campus staff; conduct regular staff meetings and coaching.
• Recruit, empower, and release leaders; foster a healthy volunteer culture and delegation.
• Communicate vision and values to staff, volunteers, and the congregation; represent the campus with humility.
• Support weekend service leadership and coordinate with worship, production, and care teams.
