Job summary

QuadCity Prescott Campus is seeking a passionate Associate Campus Pastor to lead Sunday guest experience and coordinate volunteer teams. The role focuses on welcoming newcomers, developing pathways for next steps, and modeling biblical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the guest-facing elements of Sunday morning to help create a catalytic worship experience, ensuring first-time guests feel welcomed, cared for, and clearly invited into next steps.
• Managing and Assisting with the Connection Pathway
• Make disciples and teach them to obey everything Jesus commanded. (Matthew 28)
• Lead and shepherd the following teams: First Impressions, Ushers, Safety, Prayer.
• Recruit (4 hours per week) and retain volunteers and volunteer leaders.
• Create and maintain a vibrant guest experience on Sundays via proper staffing and training.
• Manage and execute workflows in Planning Center with timely and proper follow up.
• Coordinate and schedule volunteers in a timely manner.
• Host and lead the church through communion multiple times per year (12-15).
• Track pastoral care and report to the team, in an effort to spur one another on.
• Perform weddings, funerals, make hospital visits and sit with hurting families.
