Job summary

The University of North Georgia is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant (Institutional Student Worker) to support the Cumming campus. The role is part-time, temporary, and based on the campus, focusing on enforcing parking rules and providing courteous service to guests.

As a student worker, you will assist with vehicle counts, communicate respectfully with visitors, and report incidents to campus management.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours.
• Part-Time, temporary position on Cumming Campus.
• Monitor parking areas and enforce rules with professionalism.
• Assist guests and relay information to management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations. To prevent unauthorized parking or misuse of parking. Must adhere to UNG parking policies, procedure, and guidelines. To uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
• Perform vehicle counts for assigned area.
• Use respectful communications to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns.
• Relay information to appropriate personnel/management.
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to Manager and/or campus police.
• Performs miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
