Job summary

University of North Florida is seeking a Parking Services Specialist to enforce campus parking regulations using LPR technology and handheld enforcement devices. You will patrol in a state vehicle or golf cart, issue citations, inspect facilities, and collaborate with the team to maintain an orderly parking environment.

Responsibilities include training patrollers, coordinating actions via radios, and ensuring vehicles and equipment are stocked and maintained.

Qualifications

Proficient understanding of all campus parking solutions including LPR systems and enforcement devices.
Ability to communicate clearly with campus community and team members.
Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Enforce parking regulations by patrolling campus in a state vehicle or golf cart with LPR cameras.
Issuance of parking citations using LPR software and handheld devices.
Inspect parking facilities for signage and lighting; report deficiencies.
Assist in training patrollers and coordinate enforcement activities via two-way radios.
Stock enforcement vehicles with necessary materials and perform maintenance duties as needed.
Prepare detailed incident and hazard reports when required.
