Job summary

Calvary Church is seeking a Westside Campus Coordinator to lead daily campus operations, worship prep, events, and volunteer teams in partnership with the Westside Campus Pastor and Osuna Campus. The role focuses on creating a Christ-centered, hospitable, and operationally excellent campus experience.

The position recruits and develops volunteers, ensures a welcoming, safe environment, and coordinates facilities, communications, and campus planning.

Qualifications

• Must be a mature, Spirit-filled believer aligned with Calvary Church values.
• Minimum three years of ministry leadership or volunteer coordination experience.
• Experience supervising and developing teams within a church or ministry setting preferred.
• Proficiency with church management, scheduling, and communication tools required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day campus operations in line with the church mission and ministry strategy.
• Plan, prepare, and execute worship services, events, and campus activities in collaboration with campus pastors and teams.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop volunteers; manage schedules and recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate facilities, safety checks, and service readiness for all campus activities.
• Facilitate pre/post-service briefings, team huddles, and clear communication among staff and volunteers.
• Maintain campus cleanliness, readiness, and relationship with La Luz Academy for shared spaces.
• Provide regular communication to volunteers and ministry partners and participate in meetings as assigned.
