Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university OR minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking with all levels of management.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understands and supports the mission, vision and values of Harmony Public Schools.
• Manages campus operations and business programs, initiatives and procedures including facilities, attendance, nutrition, transportation, purchasing, budgeting, accounting, payroll, timekeeping and reimbursements.
• Oversees daily campus attendance and oversees child nutrition programs for compliance with regulations.
• Ensures timely processing of free/reduced lunch applications and coordinates bus transportation as needed.
• Oversees registrar activities for new students and re-enrollment where applicable; maintains student records.
• Manages campus purchasing/procurement processes per HPS guidelines and maintains contracted service agreements.
• Prepares payroll changes and reviews pay stubs and timesheets for campus employees.
• Assists campus and district leadership in developing the Campus Improvement Plan (CIP).
• Prepares reports and presentations and supports maintenance work orders and facility projects.
