Job description

Job Summary:

The Campus Operations Manager owns how live production runs at Gateway's campuses. This role leads the Regional LP Campus Managers and the Campus Operations Coordinator. It also carries the operational relationship with every extension campus — including Jackson Hole, which reports on a dotted line. Where Central Lighting, Video, and Audio own their disciplines, this seat owns campus delivery: coverage, consistency, equipment readiness, and the Team Members and Serve Teams who run each room.

General Skills & Qualifications:
  • - A clear passion for Jesus and a strong biblical foundation
  • - Strong working knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems, live production workflow, and the engineering required to troubleshoot and keep systems operational
  • - Able to maintain, support, and troubleshoot AVL systems independently, and to recognize when a fault needs an engineer
  • - Willing to be trained and assessed to an agreed competence standard, and to keep that standard current as systems change
  • - Proven leadership skills, with experience developing managers across multiple locations
  • - Strong working knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems and live production workflow
