Job summary

Caliber Service Management seeks a Site Operations Manager for a large Fortune 500 corporate campus in West Chester County, NY. The role requires commercial snow removal leadership experience and provides strategic oversight of daily site operations.

The position emphasizes service delivery, field supervision, and coordination with executives; candidates should demonstrate strong customer relations, problem solving, and team leadership in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: SIMA certified a plus.
• 5 years of commercial snow removal leadership and management.
• Experience in multi-unit facilities management and snow/landscape services.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily AM site inspections, weather/condition reports and operational plans for service.
• Execute, direct service delivery; manage active storms and pre/post storm plans; communicate with stakeholders.
• Read, understand and implement detailed facilities maintenance scopes of work and SLAs.
• Facilitate field communications between team members, Caliber Operations Managers, affiliates, and client location.
• Manage the client; up to and including client Regional Vice Presidents.
• Conduct service validations.
• Train and guide vendors as required.
• Provide guidance and feedback to Caliber Service Management.
• Maintain Quality Control Reports.
• Resolve customer problems by applying resources as necessary.
• Engage and entertain the customer as appropriate.
• Conduct training and presentations concerning scope of work to site personnel and providers.
• Foster a positive team environment.
• Ensure confidentiality of internal and external data.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
• Responsibilities frequently require emergency support, mobilization and after-hours/holidays work; weekends may be involved.
