Job summary

Connecticut State Community College (CT State) invites applications for Associate Dean of Campus Operations at the Housatonic campus in Bridgeport. You will supervise facilities, maintenance, custodial services, IT services, and auxiliary services, while assisting the President/CEO with budget and cross‑agency coordination.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate field with five or more years in higher education or academic administration.
• Three years of supervision experience or equivalent supervisory competencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day campus operations, facilities, maintenance, custodial, and auxiliary services.
• Lead budgeting, financial support, and liaison with local, state, and college officials.
• Provide leadership and direction for campus safety, emergency preparedness, IT, and operations.
• Advise and collaborate with the Campus President and stakeholders across the college.
