Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience in operations, administration, project management, hospitality, facilities, and/or event management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calendar Management and Major Event Coordination to protect space and resources.
• Train and advise staff on EMS, Web App, Outlook and Social Tables usage.
• Review outside group requests against facility guidelines and coordinate approvals.
• Lead Campus Operations projects with timelines, stakeholders and action items.
• Coordinate purchasing, invoices, contracts and renewals; monitor vendor performance.
• Attend staff meetings and support the Senior Pastor and staff as needed.
