First Baptist Church Sevierville is seeking a Facilities Director to oversee the care, maintenance, and utilization of all campus buildings and grounds. You will lead the Facilities Team, manage budgets, and coordinate with senior staff and the Operations Administrator to support ministry activities.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to plan and execute projects while maintaining a secure and well-functioning campus environment.

• Complete and manage planned projects and maintenance as directed by leadership.
• Steward the Facilities Department budget, oversee purchases related to building and grounds.
• Assist with requests for campus maintenance and development of ministry activities.
• Manage and maintain church equipment, mechanical systems, and campus projects.
• Schedule maintenance and janitorial staff.
• Provide up-to-date information, expectations and tasks to staff via meetings and messages.
• Coordinate church calendar needs with operations and events.
