EF Education First Ltd. is seeking a Campus Operations Coordinator for the summer in Thornwood, NY. The role supports the Campus Manager and staff while ensuring excellent student service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating arrivals, events, and discipline under supervision, with afternoon/evening shifts and some weekends. Housing is provided and required for this role, and applicants must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist Campus Manager on all aspects of the campus and support local and international staff.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
• Assist with student arrivals/departures and events (orientations, graduations).
• Work with Campus Manager to handle student discipline and behavior concerns.
• Be available for afternoon/evening shifts, including some weekends and front desk coverage.
• Assist with emergencies as they arise.
• Liaise with other campus teams (Academics, Activities, Student Experience, Accommodations) to ensure overall student satisfaction.
• Organize and manage documentation per Department of Health regulations.

Compensation: $20.00-$22.00/ Hour – Based on experience

About the role:

In this role, you will assist the Campus Manager on all aspects of the campus, support the local and international staff, and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.

• Assist with student arrivals and departures and special events like orientations and graduation ceremonies.
• Work with the Campus Manager to handle student discipline and behavior concerns
• Be available to work afternoon and evening shifts, including some weekends and front desk coverage.
• Assist with any emergency situations, should they arise.

• Liaise with other campus management teams such as: Academics, Activities, Student Experience, and Accommodations, to ensure overall student satisfaction.
• Organize and manage all documentation requirements per the Department of Health regulations.
