Job summary

Butler County Community College is seeking a Foundation Student Worker for the Welcome Center. The role handles phones, emails, and walk-in visitors, and provides general office support.

You'll assist with data entry and Excel spreadsheets, organize documents, and help with Foundation events. Part-time position, 10–20 hours weekly, afternoons preferred, paying $9.00 per hour. Must be enrolled as a BCC student.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in at least 1 credit hour at Butler Community College.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails; greet and assist walk-in visitors.
• Maintain organized records and filing systems.
• Assist with data entry and Excel spreadsheets.
• Prepare and organize documents; provide administrative support for Foundation events.
