Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace and social media.

Responsibilities

• Reception duties: greet researchers, staff and students, schedule advising appointments.
• Write and submit A-Mail announcements.
• Create story profiles for social media, including video content.
• Develop posters and announcements for events.
• Maintain URGO website and assist with newsletters.
• Assist with budgeting entries and paperwork.
• Coordinate supplies and assist with events planning.
• Track student research attendance.
