Job summary

Lodi Unified School District seeks a food service worker to prepare, cook, bake and serve meals in large quantities for students and staff. You will also prepare the serving area, perform cashier duties, and maintain cleanliness of facilities.

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, and related food service experience; a California driver’s license may be preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role within the district’s cafeterias.

Qualifications

• Any combination equivalent to: high school diploma or equivalent and responsible experience in food service operations.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices related to cooking, baking and serving food.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
