Job summary

Ellucian seeks a Network Administrator to support Pearl River Community College and manage network infrastructure in a higher-education environment. Responsibilities include configuring routers/switches, maintaining VPNs and VoIP, and ensuring security and uptime.

The role requires strong Cisco/Fortinet experience, an Associate degree, and the ability to work in a collaborative, on-site setting within Mississippi.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in network engineering or administration.
• Solid knowledge of Cisco switching and routing.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and VoIP in enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain network operations and support site management.
• Configure routers, switches, VLANs, and firewall policies.
• Troubleshoot network outages and ensure uptime and security.
• Document network diagrams and maintain asset inventories.
