Job summary

UCLA is seeking an Executive Director for Events & Transportation to shape campus access, movement, and experiences. You will lead a broad portfolio spanning transportation demand management, parking, transit, events, and CTO ticketing for thousands of campus events annually.

The role drives long-range strategy, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement with a staff of hundreds in a politically sensitive environment on a world-class campus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and implement cross-functional programs across transportation, events and campus operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse constituencies.
• Experience managing large, unionized environments and complex budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for UCLA E&T across mobility, events, and ticketing operations.
• Collaborate with campus leadership, government agencies, and community partners to advance mobility initiatives.
