International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) seeks a Norman Ministry Coordinator to lead campus ministry activities and hospitality for international students in Norman, OK. The role includes coordinating cultural events, welcoming students, and supporting outreach programs.

The position offers flexible hours with some evenings and weekends, and benefits from IFI's faith-based mission. Training to build ministry partnerships is provided, with a salary supported by partner contributions.

Responsibilities

• Campus Ministry: Coordinate/participate in cultural activities/trips.
• Extend hospitality to international students, including transportation and familiarization.
• Participate in outreach activities such as Bible discussions, friendship partnerships, or 1-on-1 discipleship.
• Church Relations: Establish new church relationships and activate coordinators.
• Maintain data related to church partnerships and coordinators.
• Volunteer Coordination: Recruit and match volunteers for activities.
• Attend and assist volunteers during outreach events and large gatherings.
• Maintain data related to volunteers.
