Job summary

International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) seeks a Champaign-Urbana Ministry Coordinator to develop ministry partnerships and mobilize volunteers to serve international students.

The role is part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule and occasional evenings or weekends to meet ministry needs. The coordinator lives near the campus, partners with churches, and coordinates cultural activities, Bible discussions, mentoring, and volunteer recruitment.

Qualifications

• Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies.
• Faithful in evangelism and hospitality to international students as well as discipling believers to do the same.
• Well organized, takes initiative, able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Proficient with technology necessary to the ministry, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Organize cultural activities and lead Bible discussion groups.
• Mentor students and establish church partnerships.
• Coordinate volunteers and manage recruitment and activities.
