Job summary

International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) seeks a Lancaster Campus Minister to live near campus and join a growing team serving international students from Millersville University and Franklin & Marshall College.

You will engage in hosting, discipleship, and campus events, building partnerships and providing hospitality. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year in campus ministry or IFI ISEED completion, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends for events and

Join Our Team as a Campus Minister with International Friendships, Inc.

About Us

International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is a dynamic, faith-based organization dedicated to offering life-changing hospitality and friendship to international college students. Our services include airport pickups, holiday hosting, temporary housing, conversation partnerships, and social events and trips.

Work Schedule

• Full- or part-time options available with a flexible schedule.
• Occasional evenings and weekends required for specific events/projects.
• Attendance at several conferences each year, including IFI Staff Retreats.

Pay Structure

• Develop a team to support salary, benefits, and ministry expenses.
• Training provided to build a team of ministry partners.
• Pay range typically $28,093 - $87,418 post-support development, based on experience and other factors.

Responsibilities

Not only does Lancaster County boast of farmlands, family style feasts and the Amish, it's also a great location to meet students from all over the world. Between Millersville University and Franklin and Marshall College, there are over 500 international students ready to receive hospitality and to make a friend. It's a great place to live and minister to students from all over the world. This position is part of the Lancaster ministry team and requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving.

As a Lancaster Campus Minister, You Will

Education/Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum one-year involvement in campus ministry or completion of IFI ISEED Program.
