Job summary

theCHURCH in Heber-Overgaard is seeking a part-time Satellite Campus Ministry Operations Coordinator (MOC) to lead volunteer teams and coordinate day-to-day campus operations. This role reports to the Campus Pastor and supports the ministry through communications, admin, systems, and events.

The ideal candidate will coach volunteers, manage multiple teams, oversee information flow, and help ensure clarity and consistency across campus operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading volunteer teams and coordinating church operations.
• Ability to train and equip volunteers and staff.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication across teams and platforms.
• Willingness to learn and implement new systems.

Responsibilities

• Communications Team: manage intake for phones, email, app and social media.
• Admin & Operations: answer phones, greet visitors, route inquiries.
• People Management & Systems: standardize data entry and audits.
• Events & Guest Experience: support church events and guest experience.
• RE:center Services: coordinate services and community programs.
• C4 Leadership Essentials: demonstrate calling, character, commitment and competencies.
