Job summary

Eagle Brook Church is seeking a Guest Experience Associate in Plymouth, MN to recruit and develop volunteers, prepare welcoming environments, and support weekend services. The role includes participation in Eagle Brook’s Pastoral Development Program with the potential to become a licensed pastor.

The position emphasizes spiritual leadership among volunteers, collaboration within Campus Ministry, and consistent execution of ministry strategies while maintaining strong administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook Church’s nine core beliefs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of ministry experience.
• 1 year of experience as a volunteer in a ministry setting.
• Strong evidence of a Christ-centered life.
• Models growing in faith through Eagle Brook’s five values.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ministry experience (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience as a ministry leader (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Recruits, onboards and develops core volunteers for Guest Experience.
• Leads and develops volunteer leaders by scheduling and training.
• Serves as a spiritual influencer and encourager to volunteers.
• Ensures environments are ready for the weekend.
• Executes centrally designed ministry strategies.
• Participates in pastoral development training to pursue licensed pastor track.
• Orders supplies and maintains inventory for Guest Experience environment.
• Oversees beverage service requests and bookstore merchandising.
• Other duties as assigned.
